Terms and conditions

These terms cover services offered by CAPIT on capit.net and its subdomains. The features, prices and limits of your chosen offer supplement these terms before you order. Version dated 7 November 2026.

Provider and account

The seller and provider is CAPIT, a French SARL with capital of €50,000, registered at RCS Versailles B 422 790 931, VAT FR29422790931. See the legal notice for company details. Your CAPIT account provides access to purchases, entitlements, API keys and invoices. Protect your credentials and keys and report unauthorised use.

Offers, orders and payment

Countries offers individual CSV files for €1 including tax when purchasing is available, and monthly Essential, Developer and Pro plans for €3, €8 and €12 including tax. Quotas appear on the Pricing page. Chat/Chatbot capacities and prices are those of the selected offer. A Media preview does not grant the right to buy or download an original. Check the content, format and total price before confirming. Stripe processes payment; paid access follows payment confirmation and verification of account entitlements. If confirmation is delayed, check your account or contact CAPIT before paying again.

Subscription and cancellation

Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled. Manage your subscription and invoices from the member area through the Stripe portal. Cancellation stops renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period shown in your account. Cancellation is distinct from withdrawal and statutory remedies. Common CAPIT benefits apply to the account holder; each service’s capacities, credits and quotas depend on its offer. A single purchase or top-up is not a subscription.

Data, licences and use

Consult Structure and each resource’s notices for formats, fields, provenance, limitations and licences. Population dates and geographic scopes may differ; unknown values and estimates are identified. Open licences, including CC BY, CC0 and ODbL depending on the source, continue to apply to purchased data, including redistribution rights and attribution or share-alike obligations. The price pays for preparation and service; it does not make open data exclusive. For other content, follow its listed licence. Use services lawfully, hold the necessary rights to your content and respect quotas and other users’ security.

Withdrawal

Consumers generally have 14 days from conclusion of a distance contract to withdraw. For digital files without a physical medium, loss of this right requires express consent to early supply, acknowledgement of that loss and the required confirmation on a durable medium. Visiting this page is not consent. For a service started early at your express request, the right and any proportionate payment follow statutory rules; starting a subscription alone does not waive all withdrawal rights. Send an unambiguous statement to CAPIT through Contact, identifying the service, order date and reference. Statutory refunds follow the applicable deadline, generally 14 days after notification.

Statutory guarantees

CAPIT is responsible for conformity of digital content and services supplied to consumers. For a one-off supply, defects existing at supply and appearing within two years are covered; continuous supplies are covered throughout the contractual period. You may request conformity free of charge and, where the law permits, a price reduction or termination. Necessary conformity updates and other mandatory guarantees remain applicable. Contact CAPIT with the defect and order details. Nothing here excludes these rights, legally required refunds or mandatory protection applicable in your country.

Contact, complaints and personal data

Use Contact for questions, access problems, withdrawal or complaints. After an unresolved written complaint, consumers retain their right to free consumer mediation and access to the competent courts. The privacy policy describes processing relating to accounts and enquiries. The offer terms accepted when ordering apply to that order; this page does not retroactively change a purchase.
