Contact form
We collect your name, email address, subject and message to handle your enquiry and reply to you. The required fields are necessary for this response. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries; a pre-contractual enquiry is processed to take the requested steps before a possible contract.
Messages are stored in a private inbox on the OVH server, accessible only to authorised CAPIT personnel. They are retained in this inbox for no more than 90 days, then deleted. If a conversation continues by email, it is kept only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, subject to applicable legal obligations.
Form messages are hosted on the OVH VPS in Beauharnois, Canada, outside the European Union.
Signing in to the countries and cities service
Sign-in uses your shared AffectionPlus account. CAPIT keeps an account identifier and a hash of the essential session cookie for up to seven days; an unfinished sign-in attempt expires after ten minutes. This information is hosted on the CAPIT VPS in Canada. Access rights, API keys and purchases are checked by the shared account service; accounts and passwords are not copied into the geographical database. Request counters limit abuse; the API service keeps no log of visited URLs.
Jeanne documentation assistant
Jeanne uses public documents from CAPIT, Affection.org and AffectionPlus. Your question and up to four previous questions are sent to the AffectionPlus documentation service and the AI provider to produce a response. Do not enter personal or confidential data. CAPIT does not store the text of these conversations: history remains in the page until it is closed or reset. Only aggregate counts by topic and day are retained for 90 days to improve the documentation. No message is sent to the team unless you use the contact form.
Protection against abuse
A temporary token and a non-reversible fingerprint of the IP address limit automated submissions. Counters are kept in memory for no more than one hour. No advertising service or external CAPTCHA is loaded.
Browsing
This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not include any third-party trackers. Links to other platforms are ordinary links: their privacy rules apply when you open them.

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, or object to processing under the applicable legal conditions. Contact CAPIT at the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
